What type of coaching is this and who will I be able to help with this training?

You will be providing a Lens Shift (or perspective change) type of coaching to people who come to you with Anger/Stress or Conflict Issues.  This type of coaching helps those people learn to look at things differently, take responsibility for their behavior, be empathetic towards another and find new positive habits to control their anger or stress.

How long is this program?/And in as much detail what will I be learning?

This program is made up of 10 weeks hours of live interactive training that will take you through understanding what stress/anger and conflict can do to one’s body, one’s mind and one’s relationships in the world.  In taking you through this process it will give you the understand and the tools necessary to assess where your clients are at on an anger continuum, how to help them understand where this behaviour will take them, and the tools to help them shift their paradigm to the positive way of thinking.  You will also learn about and be able to take them through the Habit Changing process and replace some of their negative behaviors with positive ones.  It will also give you the insight to know whether or not you need to refer them to a counselor or group therapy as that is something that helps your clients understand their past and where this behavior came from.  Behavior Modification Coaching provides the tools for the now and the future for them to choose to control further anger or conflict situations.
