Powerful ways to start the day (choose 1-3):
Affirmations: Take out your journal and write some powerful affirmations. This will change your self worth and change your life.
Review your vision: THIS IS A MUST. One year from now, what will your life look like? Review your ideal life for at least 30 days consecutively.
Meditation: Listen for the silence. Watch your mind to see what it is going to say next. Whatever technique you use to quite your mind set aside some time everyday to find the silence. This will help you become the powerhouse you need to be. All the answers come from within is not just a saying.
Practice gratitude: What are your grateful for??
Exercise: Get your heart pumping and your energy flowing! Reduce stress by doing some form of exercise everyday. You can start small if you need to, but you do need to exercise a few times a week. Similar to meditation this will keep your mind relaxed and open to new career-advancing ideas.
Eat only water or fruit. This will cleanse your system. If eaten on a empty stomach the fruit will NOT cause indigestion. Choose a sweet fruit. Morning is when your body is doing its best healing work. Help it out by eating pre-digested food (fruit) or by just drinking water.
